"Well now. I have to be real honest. When it comes to the simplest legal stuff or any kind of paper work. I absolutely hate it. I'm a performing artist. I have no time for such nonsense! Let my manager or agent handle it all dagnabbit! Well again; I said I'm an artist, I didn't say a rich and famous one. (not yet) Well Glory be to God I didn't need either persons. For I had Multiline Specialist Chelsea Marie Jansen from State Farm to handle my car insurance matters. I simply had a talk on the tele with her. Getting a great quote and signing up for car insurance was an easier time than a gator has swallowing a skinny chicken whole! From the moment we engaged in conversation on the phone Chelsea made me feel like I could trust her. I easily relaxed and said um hum a lot! Before I knew it, I had my new automobile policy and I think I felt a couple of new hairs growing on my bald head. Knowledgeable, sensible and substantially light years ahead of any other car insurance person than I have ever had experience with was Chelsea. What I really liked is that she didn't try to upsell me anything. My Toyota is almost 20 years old and not in the best condition. That mattered not. Chelsea respected the fact that she was not insuring a Rolls-Royce but; just a 64 year old man who's on Social Security, looking for the best deal on car insurance. And that's exactly what she gave me. In fact, I wish I had another car so I could do it all over again. But you know Toyotas. They can last forever. Just like Multiline Specialist Chelsea Marie Jansen's commitment to superb service! What an indispensable asset she is to the State Farm Insurance Company!"

"Penny was great from start to finish. I transferred from another State Farm agency because I couldn’t even get them to call me back. On their voicemail it’s says they return all calls by the end of the day. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything yet. Every time I call the new office they answer and Penny is always most pleasant and accommodating."
